Amber believes that we pushing beyond age and what women can do in particular. With physical boundaries being bulldozed and broken, we are more capable of greatness. Especially if you start and end your day with the right foods. Food is a way to help live the healthiest life we can. Diets and fads are trends. But every diet and fad always goes back to is: eat more plants. That’s a big part of it. Eat more plants, its the known secret to healthy success.
Amber is on a mission to make each meal elevated. Not only should you enjoy what you eat and it be comforting, but food should be purposeful and nourishing to your body.
Amber attended the College of Charleston for her undergraduate and holds a Master’s degree from the Atlantic University of Chinese Medicine in North Carolina. She is a nationally certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and is currently licensed in North and South Carolina. Amber practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), one of the oldest continuous systems of medicine in history.
She is passionate about this ancient Chinese art and is dedicated to provide the highest level of care, assessing the entire constitution of each patient, physiologically and psychologically.
